The Fujifilm Fujinon XF 35mm F2 R WR is compact, sharp, and sealed against dust and moisture. It's a terrific lens for the price.

Compact. Superb optics. Weather-sealed design. Aperture ring. Inexpensive.

Omits optical stabilization. Must remove hood to change filters.

Conclusions There's almost nothing bad to say about the Fujifilm Fujinon XF 35mm F2 R WR. Even if it was priced higher, I'd strongly recommend it to photographers invested in the Fujifilm mirrorless system. At $400 it's an incredible value—it's...

Incredible lens. I have put 2000 images through this lens without a problem. I am not sure where the negative reviews here come from but I am not finding them to be at all accurate.Excellent performer.

A great lens, fast enough for available light photography. Autofocus works very well on my X-Pro 1. Very recommendable!

A great compromise, but it is still a compromise. It could have been slightly better than it turned out to be in reality.

Central image sharpness is fantastic! Build quality is top notch

Very high distortion in RAW files...too much, which software correction cannot fully deal with leading to smeared corners. A shame, since the original was hardware corrected and "nicer"from a purists perspective
