The fish-eye or ultra wide angle look is quite extreme and stylised, and is therefore unlikely to be something you want to use for every shot. However, when used with certain subjects, it’s a very interesting look which can be very effective.

Given that the performance is excellent and the zoom enables two distinct types of fisheye design to be put into one lens, thus creating a very versatile bit of kit, the price tag looks sound. A Highly Recommended optic for the Nikon system.
