I like the mixer. I would have preferred to purchase the Kitchen-Aid mixer but was very reluctant to spend $400+ on it. The mixer does what it says it does with only one or two flaws. When you add ingredients while its turned on it sometimes doesn't...

I loved the mixer. It works quitely and the tilt back feature was great. I like the idea of it tilting so everything on the beaters drops into the bowl.

I bought this mixer in october and used it for thanksgiving work find took it out to use for christmas baking and the beaters want stay in tne mixer was very upset had to go buy another to do my christmas baking

Did a decent job while it lasted, but failed after a little less than a year, being used no more than a couple of times per week. Has a one-year Warranty from West Bend, so hopefully it can be replaced for fairly cheap.

I bought this for our daughter, & she loves it very much. She bakes and decorate cakes. She says it makes her life on mixing her frosting a lot easier.

I haven't had this mixer very long. So far so good. It stays put on the counter while mixing and doesn't move around. It seems to mix quite well without straining the motor.
