Review: BenQ's Mobiuz EX2710S is an affordable, high-end gaming monitor

BenQ's Mobiuz EX2710S is an upgrade over the EX2710, bringing a higher refresh rate and a slightly higher price tag. I take a look at the features and picture quality to see whether it's worth the money.

165Hz refresh rate, 1ms MPRT response time ; Decent built-in audio ; Intelligent brightness sensor ; Good color and contrast ; HDR10 compatibility

Orange strip on stand is questionable ; Limited port selection ; HDR capabilities are limited

Bottom line: The BenQ Mobiuz EX2710S brings a higher 165Hz refresh rate compared to the EX2710, but it also costs about $60 more. If you have the PC hardware to push frame rates and want a monitor with HDR10 support, intelligent brightness, 1ms...

BenQ EX2710Q review

The BenQ EX2710Q hits more than it misses, but one miss is too big to ignore

Built-in speakers ; 95% P3 color gamut ; Supports 2K gaming for consoles

Expensive ; No USB-C ; Okay HDR performance

BenQ Mobiuz EX2710 review: A solid mid-range gaming monitor with HDR

Colour accurate and packed with features, the Mobiuz gives gamers on a budget the best possible chance of achieving high frame rates

Plenty of features ; Colour accurate in sRGB ; 144Hz refresh rate

Not the best for work ; No USB hub or USB-C

At £299 it isn’t the cheapest around but with good build quality, decent sRGB colour accuracy and HDR10 400 capabilities it’s an excellent all-rounder.
