Dell UltraSharp U3011

The Dell UltraSharp U3011 is a gorgeous 30-inch monitor offering loads of neat features, very good overall performance, and a hefty price tag.

Excellent color, viewing angle, and light grayscale performance. Robust feature set. Highly adjustable stand.

Pricey. Dark grayscale performance could be better.

It is advertised as having 2560 x 1600 resolution. The problem is that the monitor only supports that resolution using a DVI or a DisplayPort connection. Most laptops I've seen, including the 3 in my household, have HDMI and VGA, but not DVI or a...

"Lossless 5.1 audio for pc."

If you have the money and want the best pc monitor on planet earth then this is it.

The only way I can get lossless 5.1 audio with my Logitech Z 5500 sound system. Connect with the HDMI and use the three 3.5 mm audio cables to the speakers, lossless audio.

Not touchscreen, no 3D, no speakers, no web cam and mic, and no TV tuner. But still get 5 stars.

"Completely overrated monitor and way overpriced."

Don't be fooled by this CNET review..... If you are looking to waste money and eventually end up with a 30lb paper weight, this is your monitor. Otherwise, save yourself the money & frustration of dealing with Dells off-shored support teams....

I really can't think of one.... maybe ease of purchasing via dell.com?
