Great Monitor

Great picture and resolution

Make sure you have a video card that can drive this monitor. I have a Dell D630/ D-Docking station with a DVI output port and it will not drive the monitor. (No Picture at all when connected to the D-Dock)Had to connect it to my desktop PC, and I...

Great monitor

I'm using it with corel and adobe software, highly recomended. I got dell 24", doublesight 27" and Acer 23.5" monitors working together on two cards- nvidia gtx570 does not support 3 monitors at the same time (checked and verified), so I put radeon HD...

High resolution 2560x1440 it's 16:9, bright rich colors. Solid construction, shape matches my cooler master atcs 840 case. Once calibrated you don't have to touch it. If you can find it cheap, BUY it

Didn't work with radeon 5770, no boot screen (bios was set to start from PCIE). Nvidia gtx 570 worked just fine. "touch buttons" are very hard to locate, so you have to mark the bezel or use trail and error to find the right one

So far so good..

Currently using this on a GeForce 260 GTX, obviously not getting the fullest out of it. Waiting on my Radeon 6970 to arrive so I can really push this thing, but thus far everything looks fantastic.

Huge 27 inch screen. Exceptional Clarity and color. 'No Frills' design to keep the cost down. Sturdy Construction, highly adjustable base. No dead pixels. Ultra high resolution. Exactly what I expected

No DisplayPort/HDMI, but not docking eggs for it, just be aware that you're locked into Dual DVI with this monitor. Gets pretty warm, but the sturdy case seems to diffuse the heat nicely

Excellent

First of all, this display Shows on Post (does not need a 2nd monitor to be recognized by video card on start-up). You need to make sure the BIOS initializes to the right AGP/PCI-E slot. "Init Display" should not be on PCI if you have a PCI-E video...

Aluminium Chassis / Casing ; High (2560x1440) resolution ; Excellent Colour Reproduction

Glue came loose on frame in front, but it went back into place. It's quite heavy so make sure it doesn't get torqued ; An ergonomic monitor arm/mount is highly recommended

Beautiful Monitor

The resolution listed on newegg is wrong, it's not 1920x1200, it's 2560x1440 which is 16:10, not 16:9. I'm guessing the monitor hits this price point by not including a lot of bells and whistles you might not need, it in no way skimped on the panel,...

Resolution of 2560x1440, great colors, incredible viewing angles. The monitor is also built like a tank, it's solid and the case is made of thick aluminum to help with heat dissipation and for protection. It feels like a high quality monitor in...

The monitor only has brightness controls and a power switch, nothing else. I'm taking an egg off because the monitor will not display the BIOS or POST screens which mean you'll need a second monitor with this (or maybe this is just my problem). Also,...
