Nice Monitor

 

This was super easy to set up as it should be. The only exception is that if you are going to use it for a monitor hooked up via HDMI make sure you set it to PC mode. Other wise it'll look bad.

Good Monitor

 

Newegg put this on sale, and it was just too good to pass up. I figured if I didn't like the monitor, I could just use it as a TV. Looks like it will do double duty now.

Good quality display for PC. Have an XP machine connected through the VGA, and Ubuntu machine connected through the HDMI. The Ubuntu adjusted the screen perfectly (no border) through the HDMI (DVI to HDMI cable), but the XP machine needed some work...

Like everyone else, the menus are a pain, but this thing can be setup to work well with a PC on the HDMI (see other more detailed reviews on this). My wife wants it because it has a remote and TV. I still have yet to get the colors exactly as I like...

Have purchased 8 samsung moniters in the last 2 years from newegg. Everyone has worked great and have had 0 dead pixels so far.

Great Picture, 2 HDMI + 1 Component +1 PC hookup ; Do not listen to cons about computer picture quaility via HDMI. As soon as you tell the TV that the hdmi is a PC by renaming the input, its perfect. Like anything else, it needs to be set up properly...

I like the picture quality, seem much better than my old samsung monitor. It has a built in tv tuner and a HDMI port, USB port and couple of other useful ports and a remote control. I'm no expert, but I think it's a nice monitor.

The biggest drawback to me is the fact that one of the hdmi ports is actually not HD. The quality is poor regardless of how I set it up (changing the connection name won't help in case of HDMI2) and what I plug to it. That leaves me with only 1 HDMI...
