Incredibly large. 60 Hz. Can take some getting used to. (Update April 2016)

1) Don't forget to enable DP 1.2 in the OSD! 2) In Windows 10 with an Nvidia card installed, there are two places to set 60 Hz. The Nvidia settings window may be confusing. Make sure you scroll down the resolutions menu to select your 4K resolution to...

-Update: Reliable. 4 months in and this thing still works great. See new SLI note below. -Large. 40 inches guarantees that you'll get the most out of your 4K experience. Scaling at this size is no problem. Everything looks beautiful. -60 Hz. Although...

-SLI Compatibility. 4k on this doesn't play well with SLI. Refresh rate constantly dips to 30 Hz when starting and exiting games. Stick to a single GPU and you're golden. -Setup. For some reason the display can handle 60 Hz on 2K/4K resolutions, but...

Great for Engineers and Software developers

I plan on purchasing this again. I needed to use "dark" themese for everything and turn the brightness down. Full white is a bit rough on the eyes

This is the *best* experience for engineering work. I use CAD tools such as Solidworks, Fusion 360 and Altium Designer and do most of my software development in Eclipse. 40" is the perfect size to get lots of work area without having to use any scaling.

A little bit of backlight Bleed but is otherwise a great experience. Worked out of the box @4k 60Hz

Purchased 3 Of Them - Big Mistake

My eventual end goal for the new custom computer rig is to run three, 4k monitors of large size at a true 60Hz. simultaneously, however I am aware there exists no video cards that are capable of doing this at the present time but there are certain...

These monitors were the most inexpensive option for the large 39.5" / 40" size 4K monitor to run at 4k 60Hz.

This monitor does not run at 4k 60Hz consistently. They started that way after setup then dropped off to 4k 30Hz. Now they will not even run at 4k at all, 1920 X 1080P is the best they will do at the current time. The Seiki Pro monitors came with...

Great 4K monitor

- huge screen - easy to set up - crispy text

- sometimes resolution changes from 2160p to 1080p after locking and unlocking windows

Great monitor

This is the perfect size for a 4k monitor because at this size you don't need font scaling. I hate font scaling per se because it introduces several problems with games etc. in Windows 8 and lower.

The monitor will appear too big and almost imposing in the beginning. This happens because you will place it right where your older 20-something inch monitor was. This is a mistake. The correct way to use this monitor is to either wallmount it, or...

Look great 4k 60Hz BUT has some issue with turn on after going to sleep

Great screen 4k 60hz using DP1.2

The monitor often does not turn on after my desktop go to sleep and wake up. I cannot get the monitor to turn on. The power light is orange and does not turn green. I have to unplug the monitor and then turn it on. I am almost ready to return this...

An exceptional product!

-A remote with a PiP button would be nice

-Giant 40" display -Not really heavy -Easy setup -Touch bezel controls are a nice touch I researched this monitor against others in the same category (Phillips, etc.) and finally chose Seiki. I've had it up and running for a week now and am very happy...

-PiP settings are a little restrictive. I would like to be able to do a split-screen between 2 computers. It seems to default to only 1/4 screen per input.

Very Clear 4K Monitor

On monitor's OSD, set the displayport to 1.2. Then go into Nvidia control panel and scroll down to PC setting. That is where the 60Hz is available on the right. After that, I set my text size to the maximum, 200%. This is a good deal when it's on sale.

Very nice monitor – very clear. Easy to set up, thanks to the other reviewers here. Even at 200%, the text is crystal clear.

No remote. No speakers. OSD is not that good. Must use displayport 1.2 and 60Hz to make it work well (no mouse lag) at 3840x2160 (4K).

-Setup. For some reason the display can handle 60 Hz on 2K/4K resolutions, but you have to set it up in the Nvidia/Windows Display control panel. The two settings clash with each other, constantly trying to override the other settings. It's a pain and...

Just wait for something that doesnt suck as much

You can't actually use this monitor to consume any 4K content because it lacks HDCP 2.2 support.Having a 60hz refresh rate doesn't really help this with gaming. I was still unable to play anything on this monitor for more than 10 minutes before I got a...

-Price

-Glossy Screen -No HDCP 2.2 -No HDMI 2.0 -No DP 1.3 -Terrible touch buttons -No height adjustment on stand
