HyperX Pulsefire FPS Gaming Mouse

As long as you don't need customization features or super-high sensitivity, HyperX's first gaming mouse is a solid and affordable option with simple setup and multiple dpi presets.

No-fuss plug-and-play setup. Four sensitivity presets.

No customization options or software. Relatively low dpi ceiling. Right-handed use only.

The Pulsefire FPS is a no-fuss gaming mouse with a reasonable price and reliable performance. It has few frills, and the exclusion of any customization software is pretty uncommon, but it's still fully functional and comfortably designed. There's...

Very comfortable to hold and use ; Incredibly smooth motion and precision with Pixart 3310 sensor ; Plug & Play, no software to install ; Multiple DPI settings ; Responsive clicking with Omron switches

Additional thumb buttons may just be slightly out of reach for some ; Mouse is best suited for a palm grip, claw or fingertip will not work very well

If you’re looking for a solid gaming mouse, the HyperX Pulsefire FPS deserves your attention. It’s solidly built, very comfortable to hold, has a great sensor, and it’s completely plug and play.

HyperX Pulsefire FPS review

The new kid on the block fails to meet expectations

Grippable sides ; Comfortable palm grip

Chintzy hollowness ; Can’t keep up with rivals

HyperX’s first gaming mouse falls behind its toughest rivals with a price to match and far fewer features much less performance.
