Microsoft Comfort Optical Mouse 3000

Simply put, it's the most comfortable mouse in its class and is available in Indian markets for Rs. 950 with 3 years warranty to it.

Smooth and precise movement and controls, 1000 dpi, comfortable ergonomics

Middle click function needs a lot of pressure and effort to be activated, no buttons for back and forward

Middle button is unusable

Don't buy this mouse if you're used to the microsoft optical mouse with the little red light at the bottom corner of the mouse.

It looks like a mouse

The middle button makes this mouse unusable. The scroll wheel is stiff and middle clicking takes way too much pressure. The click doesn't even register half the time unless you do it just right. I just got this at work replacing a good old fashioned...

Had one of these mouses for 5 years worked very well ; If the mouse wheel is sticking more than likely it had been sitting somewhere till it went on sale. The grease they use does dry out. Which can make things inside stick, there is no getting around...

For the price, you can't beat it. It is cheap though.

I bought this mouse when building a low-end budget system for a friend. The mouse works fine, but feels cheap. The cord was kinda flimsy, but will probably never be a problem. For $11, what do you want

Kinda cheap feel, and it didn't track as well as my Logitech G5 laser mouse, but I could buy six of these for what I paid for the G5

Microsoft Comfort Optical Mouse 3000

I used this mouse for a year. I got used to it, but I never really liked it. With Intellipoint, I was able to get the wheel scrolling to be usable. By maximizing the scroll acceleration and minimizing the number of lines, it was usable for most...

Smooth scrolling if you want it. If you scroll 1-3 lines at a time, you may like this mouse

Wheel, wheel, wheel ; Middle click is not straight down. It is about 45° down & back. After a while, I got used to it, mostly. I would get about 8/10 middle clicks right, but the misses were very frustrating ; Smooth scrolling means the wheel does not...

Decent mouse

This is not a gaming mouse or professional mouse, and should not be treated as such. It will not give you the most buttons or smoothest movements. You shouldn't expect it to. It does the job of a low budget wired mouse pretty good, but seems to be...

Smooth scrolling feels good for browsing ; For a large mouse, it really is comfortable ; extra side button for those of you used to 3 button mice ; Smooth movement for a cheaper mouse ; Still works after over a year of use

Smooth scrolling is bad for practically everything else ; Center button only works when the tilt wheel is in the center position and pressed firmly ; Not the best quality, feels flimsy ; Mine has a strange problem. If my phone is within a foot of this...
