Great player, poor software

 

The Samsung YP E64 is a great MP3 player. When I was looking around for one (about a year ago) I had a few criteria for the player:

Stylish, lots of memory, good usability and controls, great unit.

Weak software and OS support, bad connectivity.

great mp3 player!

 

I just got my Yepp about a month ago, I bought it at a future shop and I have been using it for hours every day since. First of all, it has 64MB of memory (1 hour at 128kbps or 4 hours at 32kbps) which is really great if you don't mind lower quality...

lots of memory, nice color, uses SmartMedia cards (cheaper and smaller than CompactFlash cards) phone book, and voice recording

paralell connection, slow moving text on LCD, no support for WindowsMediaFiles

Music To Anyone's Ears

 

I really love this! It is so easy to use, and the 64 holds so much music. I managed to fit 20 files on! I don't have any downsides to it. If you are looking for a cheap, but still actually good, mp3 player- buy this.
