not up to par with other brother machines I use

 

Unfortunately past the 30 day return period so will see if I can get the paper tray replaced

reasonably small footprint, found toner reasonable compared to others still not cheap however

Having paper tray issues works for a while then a misfeed takes the machine offline, another aggravation is some of the warning sounds are too loud such as when you load paper a very loud noise no reason for it Have 2 brother MFC machines in the office...

The fax machine has more functions than we need. But for speed and reliability with a basic 250 sheet tray and good resolution, we are pleased with the initial results. The discounted price made this a great buy. For the user who needs multi-function...

Fax machine is excellent for sending medical records and perscriptions. It''s fast and can be used as a coppier when the compy machine is busy. We very satisfied

Reliability, jamming and other typical fax problems won''t be known until the fax machine undergoes a couple years of usage. We''re hoping for the best

Rock Solid

 

Get it and you will not need another barring natural disaster, nuclear war, etc. even then in might still go on.

We have a very similar model to this one. It is an IntelliFAX 4750 without the E. It has been going since 2000. I can't remember it even jamming in 8 years. Built like a tank and will last when other machines die.

Should be cheaper by now, but i guess you get what you pay for.

The BEST laser fax for the money

 

We have had 9 of these machines running in high fax volume medical offices, some for over 3 years without a single problem. These are without a doubt the best affordable laser fax machines on the market.
