No ADF for this all in one Printer

I've always trusted Brother brand faxes, funny that this all in one lacked in the fax area. Thanks Newegg for the great deals and fast shipping.

All in one machine ; Fax ; Scan ; Print ; Wireless

One egg off for no ADF [No automatic document feeder] means Faxing more than one page at a time... is a VERY cumbersome project. You'd literally need to scan and fax every page. So if you need to Fax out to people multiple pages, I'd read the fine...

A nice buy

Easily installed it on a 5+ year old Dell running XP. Wireless picked it up no problem, and wirelessly connected via my main Windows 7 computer. You can plug it in via USB, but you will need a USB wire. Luckily I used my old printers USB wire. You have...

Very easy to setup. Painless to setup wireless connection. Installation was no problem

Great Purchase

Other reviews, as well as cheaper non-oem ink availability led me to this purchase. I just bought 20 non-oem cartridges on Amazonn for $13.00. Are you kidding me?

Bought this printer a week ago on NewEgg. So far, so good! Received printer in original sealed box within 3 days of purchase. I was set up and printing wirelessly within 10 minutes. No trouble connecting to my home network. Probably have printed about...

Gets the job done cheaply

When you buy a printer, a big recurring cost is your ink or toner. I bought this printer expressly because it functions well with generic cartridges. I just bought 2 refills of all colors on Amzn for around $10. I love wireless, because I hate cords...

The printer is wireless, uses individual ink cartridges, and most importantly I can use generic cartridges with this, which are dirt cheap. Wireless setup was easy. I had everything figured out, set-up and was printing from my computer in about 30...

None. It meets the needs that I bought it for, for a satisfactory price

Good, not Great

Not meant for Business usage, the paper tray looks and feels cheap, Im afraid that I might break up the plastic parts if I slam the tray too hard -Those who are looking for a working horse machine, look elsewhere -Upon Initial Install of the print...

Cheap, $69.99 Final Price w/o the jump rope Rebate ; Fast Printouts and scans ; Flatbed Scanner ; After init install of the drivers, users can fax pages directly to the fax machine ; Can configure the device into sleep mode after x minutes ; LCD Screen...

NO RJ45 Port (Wired Networking), Comes with Wireless nic and w/o a wireless router is pretty much useless ; No Document Feeder, Requires that each page be scanned for faxing, this is a major fallout of the fax machine and a major CON, but it's a $70...

A little complicated

It is not a printer for beginners, otherwise it is fine.

The price and features make it a good bargain. It is attractive, and while it is deep it is not very tall

The USB cable hookup is inside the printer towards the front, so it will take a real long cable if you need one. Somehow my virus software did not like the driver software package, and with that included it was the most complicated printer setup I ever...

Easy setup, good printer

I've had many Brother printers, both inkjet and laser. Have had above average satisfaction with both. Latest complaint would be that the print head went defective on a 2 year old printer and that's not a cheap fix. Nowadays, you just buy a new printer.

Easy setup , wireless available and easy to setup if you read the directions. Don't assume on this one. The 4 cartridge system is economical, unlike the Canon stuff which places a microchip on each cartridge which makes it expensive to buy theirs

None really. You can buy generic cartridges online much cheaper than the Brother-name ones

It's a Printer

For the cost this printer is great. The print quality isn't going to knock your pocket protector out of your pocket, but hey you didn't spend $180. Scans are great, very easy to use with the software. What is also nice about this is unlike other...

Make sure your AP is close by for the wireless to connect. I fought with this for about an hour, connecting using usb and trying to use ad hoc, finally decided to move my wireless N router closer

Awesome!!

So far so amazing! I was a bit skeptical at first due to the great value, but I was able to set it up without a hitch. I have not had any use for the fax yet and so far that's the only part I find confusing, but other than that, I love it!

Not too happy

The wireless connection to my Dell computer was flawless. The wireless connection to my Compaq computer never happened. Even Brother support finally said it can't be done, it's Microsoft problem. There is a Microsoft update that won't apply. I assume...
