U Guys are GREAT!!

 

My printer quit on me and they exchanged it immediately - no postage fees - I was impressed! and then I accidentally removed all of their software (don't ask!) and it was so easy to get it all back - i HIGHLY recommend these folks..

Do not bother to buy this printer. The high quality Canon printer of olden days is gone and buried. My latest Pixima didnt even last as long as the starter ink cartridges before it bit the dust.
