Canon Pixma MP800R Photo All-In-One

Physical setup is easy and typical for a Canon AIO or printer. At 27.3 pounds and measuring 9.5 by 18.6 by 19.3 inches (HWD), the MP800R is about the same size and weight as other photo lab AIOs, yet it's still small enough to sit next to my display...

Fast performance. Printer, scanner, and standalone copier and photo lab. Ethernet and wireless network connection

No fax support. No automatic document feeder

The Canon Pixma MP800R Photo All-In-One doubles as a photo lab to print high quality photos directly from cameras, memory cards, slides, negatives, and photographic prints.

Canon Pixma MP800R

With its wealth of photo-manipulation features, the Canon Pixma MP800R is a great choice for an amateur photo hobbyist. It's also fast at all tasks, which makes it a better choice than the HP Photosmart 3310.

Huge 3.5-inch colour LCD ; Includes a media card reader, PictBridge and IrDA ports, slide and negative scanners ; Networkable -- either wired or wirelessly ; Windows and Mac compatible

Sub par text quality

Canon provides a one-year warranty for the Pixma MP800R all-in-one printer, which is standard. You can purchase an extended service plan for AU$149, which will cover your printer for three years. You can e-mail tech support via an online form, though...

Canon Pixma MP800R

This is an All In One that has a massive TFT display so for those not using a PC they can still copy and print without having to compromise.

This unit is not that small, it is also a five ink offering, that's, cyan, magenta, yellow and black plus another high capacity black cartridge. It is 46x49x21cm without paper inserted in the rear near vertical position, this adds another 17cm to the...

Amazing, functional

Worth the price.

Lots of functions that are way better than my old printer. The scanner is very precise and makes scanning pictures out books for projects look professional. The printer is VERY fast in either black and white or color. The included photo printer makes...

WOW

I may never buy a HP agian. My HP psc 950 crapped out only after a couple of years.

Everything. Duplex printing (both sides) and FAST. This is twice the printer of HP at half the price

Great printer

Excellent printer for use with a Mac. Simple setup and installation. Very fast and great quality. Scanner/copier are very good

Seems to go through ink tanks fast. This is where they make their money. Probably no different consumption, just smaller tanks

Best printer I've owned in 10 years

Black plastic top surface is elegantly beautiful, but _very_ easily scratched. Canon should offer a cover...better still, include one.

In print-quality & speeds, the MP800 is at least the equal of most laser printers, including many that cost much, much more. From looks to operation, everything about has proven to be first-rate. I've had no problems, so far

Warm-up period is on the long side, but easily forgiven once you've seen the lightning-fast printing & gorgeous results. But software set-up is another matter. Its glitchy and kludgy...seems to have been designed by committee, using separate apps from...

An Excellent Buy!

Had this unit for close to a year now, and it has been great. I would have gotten the wireless version if it had been out at that time!

Quick print speed, great print quality, indivudual color ink tanks/relatively low print cost, built-in duplexer, quiet printing, 2 paper trays, quick/high-quality scans, large LCD

No document feeder (not that I really needed one)
