Lexmark E360dn

A no-nonsense small office laser printer that does pretty much what's claimed of it, apart from printing at 38ppm.

Good quality black text, Fast duplex print speed, Reasonable running costs

Only one extra tray, Not as fast as claimed, Some banding in graphics

Lexmark E360dn

Lexmark's E360dn is a monochrome, single-function laser with automatic duplexing, massive toner capacity and a high monthly print load of 740-6000 pages (37-300 pages per workday).

Lexmark - E360dn

Single-function mono laser printers can now be picked up for well under £100, but if you want something that's able to spit out prints at a decent speed and not cost the earth in terms of ...

With super-fast print speeds, low running costs and a built-in duplex unit, the E360dn from Lexmark is a decent laser printer for small businesses or individuals who print large volumes. However, these features also mean it's not cheap. If you're not...

Lexmark E360dn is too expensive to be a realistic printing choice

Impressive print quality, a good turn of speed and decent features, but it simply costs too much to own.

In the text and black assessment, it couldn't quite match the excellence of the Oki B440dn, but it's far from poor. There were hardly any of the satellite splatters that afflict so many laser printers' output and which lend text a slightly soft, fuzzy...

LEXMARK E360dn 34S0500 Workgroup Up to 40 ppm Monochrome Laser Printer

Bought this to replace an old HP in order to get duplex printing. Bad decision. Using 64 bit drivers under XP64. I wonder if that is the problem. But reliable 64 bit drivers should be available by now.

Fast, good print quality. Duplex works great

Frequent jams which result in non-recoverable errors. Must uninstall, then reinstall printer and drivers to restore printing. May work great for a week, the crash several times in a day. Very frustrating. Also, must manually acknowledge paper change...

Very solid machine

This machine replaced a more expensive HP machine, victim of premature multiple organ (network interface, duplexer, etc.) failure. Cost of this one << cost of repair of the old one.

I've had the E360d (non-networked version) for just under a year. It's solidly built; toner remove/replace and paper tray operate smoothly. Print quality is as good, duplexer operates well (no paper jams of any sort). Love the hhuuuuggge toner...

Much larger than a deck of cards. Definitely non-pocketable

PC Load Letter?!?

I should have never strayed from HP

Its not very heavy, so you can get some good distance when you heave it across the office in frustration

This is the ONLY printer I have ever owned where the multi-purpose tray has to be selected in the print software before each use, then the main paper tray selected again when you're done ; 75% of the time jobs will be printed from the standard paper...

problems... not happy.

Overall the printer seems to be well designed except for probably the two most important things, removing the toner cartridge, and paper jams ; Drvier install was easy ; Printer has a parallel port

1. Paper jams. Using office depot 20lb paper, every sheet jams in the printer and in multiple locations in the print path. Maybe a different paper would work better, not sure ; 2. toner cartridge removal problems. The toner cartridge gets hung up...

So far, so good

This replaced an ancient HP 4/mv 11x17" printer I bought used. HP stopped making cartridges for it and old ones in the supply seem to be failing. I spotted this printer in research for a replacement as "Coming soon" and Newegg appears to be the first...

Duplexer works, very fast time to get page out, two line display is adequate, Web interface is nice, quiet, inexpensive, has .ppd file for Linux. MacOS likes it too

Setup instructions could be a little more clear, e.g. manual IP address setup instructions are not on the quick setup card

Lexmark E360dn Mono Printer

Average speed with 40 ppm and 18 ppm duplex. It is durable and will with stand any environment. Smaller footprint is ideal for people with not a lot of room for a larger laser device.
