Lexmark Genesis Review - PCWorld

Lexmark can't be faulted for modesty in picking the lofty name of Genesis for its groundbreaking new inkjet multifunction. The price is similarly ambitious at $400 (as of November 23, 2010)--far more than most home or small-office users would typically...

Lexmark Genesis Review

The unique vertical design is only part of the mystique Lexmark would like to build around the latest addition to their SOHO lineup released for purchase last week. The Genesis also offers Lexmark's new Flash Scan technology which uses a 10-megapixel...

Lexmark offers a 3-year extended warranty with Lexmark's Protection Guarantee with product registration within 90 days of purchase. In the event that the user does not register their product, the Genesis carries a 1-year limited warranty

Touchscreen somewhat unresponsive ; Print speeds are slow ; Very poor at pressing trousers

At AU$449.00, we can't help feel that the Genesis is still a little too costly for the total feature set. The inbuilt camera-based scanning/copying/faxing is undeniably the key selling feature and it works very well. The included applications are...

Lexmark Genesis review

The price is similarly ambitious at $400 in the US (we're expecting it to be around £250 when/if it launches in the UK). This is far more than most home or small-office users would typically pay for an MFP. Is it worth the money? As with the equally...

Lexmark certainly has something to brag about with the Lexmark Genesis, offering a game-changing design and technology that other high-end home MFPs like the Canon Pixma MG8120 and Epson Artisan 835 can't touch. We'd be more excited about the Lexmark...
