Just a bit of help for others. If you purchase non-Lexmark ink, all you have to do is scratch (scrape) the metal connection on top of the inkjet cartridge (use a sharp knife of paper clip) so that you break the connection and they will work perfectly....

Just Great

 

Ink cartridges are reasonable and Lexmark has an incentive program for free ink and 3 levels of cartridges to purchase. I'm ditching my personal copier when the toner runs out.

Everything works on this machine. Easy to set-up USB and Wireless. Hooked on the scan (pdf) to e-mail from any computer on the network. How could I have lived so long without this function. No need for a phone line and the use of the built-in fax ;...

Good Support

 

Although the printer head failed, they sent out a replacement one for FREE (including shipping and handling) and ALSO sent 4 ink cartridges with it....for free. It's obvious they stand by their word - I'm very pleased with the support. *bought it at...

Like the others have said, good print quality, uses less ink than other printers I've owned in the past, and it also fast (we use this in an office so speed is important)

Got this in April of 2010 and the printer head failed on me. Talked to tech support about it and it seems this isn't too rare

Best Printer in a LONG time!

 

This is the best printer I've ever owned. I've used numerous all-in-one printers all my life and this is by far and away the best. It is very easy to setup. I am a computer guy and I felt like it did it itself. Everything in explained through on screen...

When it warms up it jerks back and forth hard which can be a problem if it's on a rickety stand. Other than that none that I've found so far

Price Drop 50% in 2 weeks!?

 

I purchased this unit for a gift on 1 July. I came here to send a URL to a friend and noticed that the price is now half of what I paid just two weeks ago. I do feel a little angry seeing such a price drop. Time to see what Newegg's policy is on this...
