Terribler customer service

How cheap have these companies become. I couldn't beleive it when the tech support guy toldme the reason they don't send a usb cable is because it can copy things by itself. So apperantly i didn't buy an all in one printer but an all in one copier. I...

dunno havn't printed antything yet.. have to wait for a usb cable to arrive

Its copier that can be turned into a printer.. at least thats what the tech support says with regard to not coming with a usb cable. Maybe they should talk to their marketing department who advertise this as a printer

In these times of hardship, I do not understand why Lexmark treats its customers without respect; why their tech support in many cases cannot speak understandable English; why they treat their customers like illiterates and why they do not sell refill...

Printer rates about an "OK"

Overall, scan quality is outstanding (although the scan button never worked, you have to scan with a programs 'scan' feature) but the print quality is completely unsatisfactory. (It's 'Best" is worse than some printers 'Draft' mode.)

Scans, prints, copies as expected. Scanning accuracy seems very high for this inexpensive printer

Good printer - until you need ink
