We ordered two these printers to be placed on desks, overall ease of setup and use from unpacking them to setup was simple.

Unless you like front feeding through bypass tray i would skip this series and try another. Also has a very large footprint compare to other machines in its class.

Our Purchasing dept got sold on these for the price we were able to get through a reseller. While the price may have been a deal, the units themselves weren't. Roughly 2 out of 10 devices were received with bad sensors and Ricoh's customer support /...

So far so good. We have two of these printers. We bought them third quarter of 2011 for payroll and AP. We bought them because they have a micr toner option. We have printed thousands of paychecks and AP checks without a single jam.

Bought two of these when on sale. Sort of cheaply built but for the money I offer no complaints.Works perfectly for our light office purposes. Installing the Drivers is a little bit of a pain as you need to use their disc and follow the instructions...
