Xerox Phaser 6700/DN

The Xerox Phaser 6700/DN can churn out reams of high-quality text and print color photos and graphics for small to mid-sized offices.

Very good text quality. Low running cost. Generous standard paper capacity.

Sub-par graphics and photos. Lackluster tested speed for its rated speed. No port for USB thumb drive.

Glitchy and Poor Print Quality

This printer prints exceptionally fast on standard mode. Excellent for workgroups who have the lifetime warranty plan with Xerox and don't mind frequent servicing. Capable of outputting lots of documents quickly

Expect hardware issues and yellow dot patterns on every printout. From day one, the printer has randomly crashed with a "Printer is shutting down" notice and then it restarts itself. Once logged in as Admin it occasionally will not let you log back...

Fast, Easy to Use. Great Software and drivers.

This unit replaced an HP Color Laserjet. It is better in every way. Installation was a breeze. Drivers work well for both Mac and PC and the unit is fast even when duplexing. Printback also works very well.

I love the printer but it does not seem to work well in a workgroup environment. The output is excellent but it should not break down so much. I have had about 10 of these printers in service.
