Optoma EP719 Projector

Several attributes--including an affordable price ($999 as of January 11, 2006)--make the Optoma EP719 a good choice as a business and home projector. At 4.4 pounds, this DLP model is easy on the shoulder, and its brightness (rated at 2000 lumens) is...

Low price

Menu is convoluted ; Doesn't perform well under bright lights

A composite video cable is included, along with the computer (DVI-VGA) cable and power cord, but you'll need to obtain your own S-Video or component video cables in order to use those connections. The EP719 comes with a skimpy one-year warranty instead...

Optoma EP719R

Optoma's EP719R matches the InFocus X3's support for a native resolution of 1,024x768, adds a dash of improved specifications, and retails for just £19 more.

There's little not to rave about on this projector. It's not as cheap as the InFocus X3, but it more than makes up for this with its superior specifications and performance. Versatile and highly portable, this is an excellent projector, regardless of...

Optoma EP719 1024 x 768 DLP Projector - Retail

Very quiet, cood picture, very satisfied.

It has about a 20 second warmup time before you can start veiwing the projection when you first turn it on, and the picture is a little faded for about 30 seconds after that, but after the warm-up perfect picture.

Great Unit

This projector is in my opinion the best value in the price range, as of 2006.

Hmmm none that I can think of.
