Not what I expected

 

the mouse side of the control is so touchy that it is sometimes impossible to use. Calling up new apps and getting them to work is also confusing and there are no instructions. I am an apple person and using the google store/apps is different and...

remote is to touchy, too many apps only lead you down the road to pay, it is hard to move around in the software

NeoTV Prime with Google TV

 

I purchased this to replace our older model Roku. Our main complaint with the Roku was Netflix and Amazon seemed to stop working.
