do not be put off this it is a very good box had this box for six weeks now never had a problem with it picture quality is perfect even on hd , sound is very good menu is easy to use , and was easy to install i have been more than pleased with it

I saw these reviews after ordering my box. I must admit this did worry me and would have put me off buying it. It has however arrived and I find it a very nice piece of kit.

Picture quality is poor at best,my freeview is better with a weak signal !!,picture tends to fuzz and pixulate,or screen just goes black or freezes, (my signal strength and quality are fine).

Before i say anything,my satellite signal strength and quality are fine,so i know what follows is not due to installation problems.

I ordered this box to go with an installation and the box took 5 days to arrive after schedule. The box is slow and you have to reboot it when you go through channels at a fast rate. I wish I never bought it.
