I have purchased this box twice now, the first did not work within 30 seconds of me opening the box. It turned out the Ariel socket was loose from the solder. Took it back, and exchanged it for a new one.

The first page of reviews on this product really surprised me as this is quite literally THE BEST freeview box I've ever owned!
