Easy to install. Series link. Fairly easy to operate. Good memory storage.

Fan can be noisy at start up and changing channel. No reminder function if you just want to watch a programme. When viewing progamme guide to select page down you have to press 'up' which takes a bit of getting used to!

Very large storage capacity and you can record two programs at once. Being able to rewind now up to 2 hours of live TV is great as well as pausing.

Naff remote, a bit flimsy, we bought an 80GB model a few years ago before this one and the remote is falling apart and the buttons are failing and need pressng really hard.

I found the set up/installation very clear and the instructions good and easy to understand

The unit is rather slow to start and takes a little time to change from terrestial to the digital format
