Canon CanoScan 9000F Film and Negative Scanner

The Canon CanoScan 9000F Film and Negative Scanner is hard to beat for fast, high-quality scans of photographic prints.

Fast, high-quality scans for prints and 35mm slides. LED light source largely eliminates warm-up time.

Has trouble handling strips of film correctly.

Canon Canoscan 9000F review

An excellent scanner for capturing art, transparencies, prints or other creative work in great detail

The Canoscan 9000F Mark II is clearly over-specified for regular office or creative work, but it’s ideal if you have lots of film to scan and you need the best possible quality. It wins our Ultimate award.

Canon CanoScan 9000F

A versatile and affordable enthusiast-level scanner that can handle documents, prints and the most popular film formats.

Although the CanoScan 9000F boasts an 'instant' warm-up time, it actually takes roughly five seconds before it starts working after one of the direct buttons is pressed. This is because each scan involves capturing a preview which includes preliminary...

Happy with Price and Performance

Wasn't able to scan right out of the box. Found there was a physical switch that had to be thrown in order to allow the scanner to function. I assume this must protect some moving part during shipment? I don't recall having to do this with other...

Quick and accurate image scanning. Colors look good to me.
