Honor Band 6 review: Exactly what a fitness tracker should be

The Honor Band 6 doesn't cost much, but manages to fit in a wealth of comprehensive health features and even some smartwatch-like functionality, too.

Compact and lightweight ; Excellent sleep tracking ; Useful smartwatch-like notifications ; Very reasonably priced

Import-only in the U.S. ; No always-on screen

HONOR Band 6 – Attractive and affordable but is it the best?

We're taking a look at the HONOR Band 6 that features a range of fitness trackers and sensors with an affordable price tag. But is it good? Read on to find out.

+ Has an attractive design ; + Great build quality ; + User friendly ; + The sensor apps work great ; + Has 5 ATM water resistance ; + Fantastic battery life

- No built-in GPS ; - Buggy notifications ; - 'Lift-to-wake' function can be inconsistent

The HONOR Band 6 is a good choice of fitness band that not only looks great but functions great with a very affordable price tag.

Honor Band 6 review: Attractive, affordable, and shallow

The Band 6 is an affordable fitness tracker with a nice display, let down by bugs and missing features. This is our Honor Band 6 review.

Big, attractive screen ; Great battery ; Affordable

Some bugs when tracking workouts and activities ; Only a handful of sports profiles ; No GPS

The Honor Band 6 is a great value proposition on paper and is a smart and affordable wearable in practice. Unfortunately, some bugs and lacking features make it underwhelming for serious fitness enthusiasts.

Honor Band 6 review: a big screen display and plethora of fitness features

Honor Band 6 comes with a big screen display and plethora of fitness features. But is it any good? Here's my review.

Very nice screen ; Excellent value for money ; Accurate heart rate tracking during exercise ; Detailed sleep statistics ; Good battery life

The large-screen display may not appeal to everyone ; No built-in GPS ; Few performance-type metrics

Is it a smartwatch, is it a fitness band? I’m not entirely sure. What I am sure of is that it works well.

Honor Band 6 Review | Trusted Reviews

I find the Band 6 great fun to use, largely easy to live with, comfortable, and more-or-less the perfect size.

Great value ; Excellent screen and interface ; Good on-screen health metrics ; Fun to use

Lacks Full GPS ; Connected GPS is part-broken

Honor Band 6 review

Too few of the Honor Band 6's features work right for it to be recommendable.

Low price Lightweight design Good battery life

Connected GPS only works on certain phones Inaccurate sleep tracking Has to be imported

Unless you own a Huawei or Apple smartphone you can’t use connected GPS with the Honor Band 6, which renders it useless for workout tracking. It also has flaws with a few other key health and lifestyle features, and lags behind in areas where rivals...

Honor Band 6 review

The Honor Band 6 is an excellent budget fitness tracker that undercuts the Huawei equivalent and every Fitbit, but does have its limits.

Large display ; Stress & sleep tracking ; 5 ATM water-resistance ; Excellent battery life

Only 10 exercise types ; No GPS or NFC ; Inconsistent SpO2 measurements

The Honor Band 6 isn’t perfect, but there’s enough here to make it a decent option for anyone looking for an affordable fitness tracker. It has a range of tracking options, a big screen and excellent battery life, plus a 5 ATM water-resistance rating.

Honor Band 6 review: Android owners, beware

The Honor Band 6 is a great looking wearable but has a known issue with Android handsets

Great watch-like look ; Super sleep tracking ; Impressive stamina

Connected GPS hobbled on Android ; Screen tough to read in sunlight ; No additional apps

Review: Honor Band 6

The Honor Band 6 is the latest health offering from the budget brand Honor . The smart watch packs in quite a punch for the very low price of £44.99. Offering 14 day battery life, 24 hour heart rate monitoring, and new features such as SpO2 monitoring,...
