Mobvoi Ticwatch E review

Great value for money ; Heart rate sensor ; GPS ; Colorful and fashionable design

Poor battery life ; Poor screen visibility in sunlight ; Body feels cheap

The Ticwatch E aims to be the Swatch of the smartwatch world. Fashionable, colorful, and reasonably priced; but it won’t go with everything you wear. For the price, the feature list is excellent, but you’ll compromise on battery life and screen...

Mobvoi TicWatch E2 and S2 review: making the best of a bad platform

At least they are inexpensive

Inexpensive ; Surprisingly decent battery life ; Standard watch straps

Chunky, plasticky build ; Mobvoi’s fitness software is unnecessary ; Wear OS is a Wear Oh Mess

There are two new inexpensive Wear OS watches for Android users. The TicWatch E2 and S2 are nice options for people who really want Wear OS — but how many people really want that?

Mobvoi TicWatch E2

Mobvoi's TicWatch E2 smartwatch has a sleek design and smooth performance for a great price, but its large size limits its usability.

Includes GPS and heart rate monitor. Lots of functionality for the price.

Too big for smaller wrists. Dated Qualcomm 2100 chipset. No NFC.

At under $200, the TicWatch E2 is a capable Wear OS smartwatch that gives you a lot of features for a relatively affordable price. But those with smaller wrists should look elsewhere. If you're looking for a stylish smartwatch with fitness...

Mobvoi TicWatch E2 review: The standard for Wear OS is fast enough, cheap enough, and does enough

The Mobvoi TicWatch E2 won't blow you away, but you're not likely to find a smartwatch at this price that does as much.

$160 price tag is right on the money ; Battery lasts for a full 24 hours of use ; Lightweight and extremely comfortable to wear

Plain, uninspired design ; No NFC for Google Pay ; Old chip makes app launching sluggish

If you want to make payments with your watch, then you should spend your money elsewhere. There are loads of Wear OS watches with NFC chips on board, including the Mobvoi TicWatch Pro, which has all of the same features as the E2.

Mobvoi TicWatch E3 review: A worthy Wear OS competitor

One of the nice things about Wear OS is the number of devices available, and the Mobvoi TicWatch E3 is a worthy competitor in the field.

Affordable Wear OS option ; Wear OS has been refined and continues to be improved ; Performance and speed is great with the Snapdragon 4100 ; Comfortable and lightweight ; Sleep tracking and many health options, for those who like that

Bezel is thicker than I'd like ; The charging solution is clunky and needs to be rethought ; LCD display instead of an OLED display ; Build quality feels cheap

The TicWatch series has been one of the better Android Wear smartwatches, and the E3 continues that streak. But don’t expect luxury or premium looks here. This is a pedestrian design with inexpensive materials used. But that doesn’t make it bad; it...

Mobvoi TicWatch E3 smartwatch review - a great watch at a greater price! - The Gadgeteer

Overall I was quite impressed by the Mobvoi TicWatch E3 smartwatch. As a matter of fact, I like it better than my Galaxy, which was a lot more expensive. It has all the features I use regularly plus the health data is far richer than my Galaxy offers.

Maybe allow for some overlays of the data in the app

Supports mobile payments, good display, Android OS friendly

Finicky to setup on the charger, just okay at everything

The Mobvoi TicWatch E3 performance wasn't very exceptional overall. Still, it definitely adds convenience to one's wrist, with a fairly good screen, mobile payment support, a range of features and fitness tracking functions, and a budget-friendly...

TicWatch S2 and E2 review: Affordable Wear OS, upgraded

Mobvoi's second generation "Express" and "Sport" smartwatches return with mixed results. The retooled E2 fails to impress with uninspired design and missing features, while the fitness-focused S2 blazes a trail for durable Wear OS smartwatches.

S2's MIL-STD rating ; Swim and surf proof ; AI fitness features

E2's bland design ; No NFC ; Average battery life
