Consumer review (newegg.com)

Perfect so far

I've only had it for a few days and it's been fine but if I run into any problems I will update the review. I also got this for $99.99 CAD which was a very good deal.

-Made my computer WAY faster than when I had a HDD -Very easy to install. Basically plug and play, aside from initializing and backing up

Not what is advertised!

Stay away, no run away from this not so quality product, at any price. Shame on you Intel!

Sale price. SSD tested OK on all tests using Intel SSD Toolbox on windows 8.1 with an i5-4670 and 8gigs 1600 memory

Intel rates this 535 SSD-480 for 540 read: 490 write, best I get is 500 read: 231 write on an empty SSD my Crucial M550 -512 gives me 509MB/s read 470 write on a half full SSD. All above tested with AS SSD Benchmark 1.9.59

ssd 535 480 GB

I experimented with two 60 gig SSD drives to see if how fast and reliable they were before buying this product. I learned the read/write speed surpasses the old platter hard disk drives a lot and therefore bought this product. I still use both 60 gig...

Its very fast compared to older Sata HDD

Wow!

Similar Intel SSDs have been highly praised for their reliability and that was the most important factor for me when shopping for storage. Apparently, it does not rate as highly as other SSDs in terms of read/write speed but I doubt that the difference...

- FAST! - No reliability issues in 6 months of operation

So far so good

Although the brand is intel, it's actually a low end product and uses non-intel flash chips and sandforce main controller. Which is a way too old and a little bit disapointing. Maybe I should buy samsung EVO 850 which gives much faster speed and...

Intel brand, I installed it in an old mid 2012 13 inch macbook pro, and it worked perfectly. No need to do any configuration except if you want to enable trim in MAC OSX (>=10.10.4), you should type sudo trimforce enable. After that all runs...

the warranty says 5 yrs or when the indicator shows it wears out, whichever comes first... Anyway it's a SSD and has a lifetime write limit. Hope it could last at least 5 yrs.

So far so good

I always get Intel SSD's for the system drive. I'm afraid of anything else.

Fast, nice build quality. I'm not sure what else to say. It's a great drive. You can't go wrong. It installed perfectly. So much faster than the HD that was in it.

It's not free? lol

Hard to beat!

I left my original HDD in the bay should this drive ever fail.

Installed fairly easy after running to the store to buy an adapter (cheap) to put it in the cage with my 3.5" HDD. BIOS saw it, but Windows 10 didn't. Long story short, it was my RAID set up in the BIOS. After that was "corrected", all went smoothly...

None so far!

All I can say is it screams!!

Running Win 10 Build 311 x64.

Easy straight forward install. Plugged in, cloned the system disk with Acronis 2016, and was off to the races. Blistering fast boot compared to the SSD accelerated hard drive configuration it replaced. Had an Intel SSD accelerating the system disk for...
