The LG NB3730A combines an app-filled media hub with a nice-sounding soundbar, at a slightly imposing price tag.

Web content is the star feature of LG's stylish soundbar

Impressive sound quality ; Generous features and web content ; Chic, discreet design

No HDMI inputs ; Not quite as refined as some rivals ; 3D Surround Processor doesn't add much

But the lack of HDMI inputs means you really will need a TV with ARC to get the best out of it. If not, things get a little complicated – you’ll have to hook up your Blu-ray player to the optical input, then connect the player and soundbar to separate...

This soundbar system is great

Stopped working within 95 days

After 95 days will no longer power on. Booked service appointment with iPad and of course none of the reservation information showed up in the site generated form. No confirmation email from LG. Looks like they are requiring that I ship the soundbar to...

LG NB3730A

Smooth lines, fits perfectly under a 47" screen, easy to use menus, but must also be connected with a HDMI cable, and well as a Optical cable, to access the menus. Easy to pair subwoofer.

Surround sound is not that great, almost non existent to be honest, but don't be put off by that, awesome sound when turned up. Bluetooth drops out when connected to a device, IPod IPhone, very annoying.
