Intriguing design. Very powerful output. Booming low end. Excellent clarity without distortion at high volumes. Multiple inputsincluding one on controller.

Razer's Mako 2.1 computer speaker system was codesigned with THX, featuring technology that uses desktop surfaces to disperse sound. The result is impressive power and clear, pleasing audio.

Expensive, wired remote that operates poorly

The Mako speaker package from Razer surprised us a little, providing excellent if slightly bass-heavy audio and a sleek design. However the price tag is quite high and the remote can be painful to use, both of which may turn off some users.

Now for a reality check: the Mako costs Rs 22,350. This means it's targeted at high-end gamers with deep pockets. But as any serious PC gamer knows, quality stuff doesn't come cheap, and the Mako is definitely a great option for gaming audio bliss....
