SōLIS SO-3000 review: An outstanding sounding Chromecast enabled speaker

The number of Chromecast enabled and Google Assistant speakers popping up is mind-numbing. But not all of these speakers put the emphasize on sound like the SōLIS SO-3000 does.

One of the nicest designed Google Assistant speakers ; Most certainly a top performer in terms of sound among Google Assistant speakers ; Great build quality ; Supports both 2.4GHz and 5GHz Wi-Fi bands

No battery, not portable ; Missing ability to give voice commands to Google Assistant

Like most products, the SōLIS SO-3000 is probably not for everyone. It’s missing a battery making it very unportable and it’s lacking direct voice control of Google Assistant. But even with those two omissions, it is really the sound that is the star...
