Horrible customer support!

Bought 3 of these for my family. 2 Lasted for 31 days.

2 of the 3 I purchased wouldn't charge. I was only given a usb cable to charge them via computer. Called Newegg support. warranty is only good for 30 days. Was referred to Toshiba. Toshiba said there is no warranty and referred me to Toshiba repair to...

As for everything It is worth the money after turning windows 8 updates off and removed the bloatware it gave me more storage I ought a micro sd card after tweaking it I got 6 hour I bought a rapid charger so charging not long . I'm happy with it...

Only complaint was the bloatware Toshiba always puts on it
