Wonderful looking toaster but normally takes 2 tries to toast an english muffin even on the highest setting of 6. But otherwise solid and attractive. Not worth $300.

Does the trick and toasts really well. Nothing fancy about this little appliance but then again all I want is my bread to toast and this is reliable and simple. Well built too.

If you have the $$, I would recommend this toaster. I have bought (and discarded) many toasters for one reason or another. This toasts evenly, is sturdy and looks great. It's hard to go wrong with the Viking label.
