We purchased this for a spare room that we had been paying extra for a cable box in a room that is rarely. My husband isn't a techie and was able to hook it up with ease. I will purchase another one for the other guest room.

I ended up returning this as I could not get a connection even though I even wired it to my wireless router at one point. It just could not detect my modem so I bought a roku and had no trouble.
