A great smart TV with great features. The picture is crystal clear. Loved the 3D capacity which works well with 3D glass's from the cinema (which came with the TV). It's easy to set up and connect to the Internet and it does provide system updates....

I had the version before this, $1600 + extended warranty, which lasted 15 months before internet stopped working and other things went wrong but it had LG world, which meant we could get 3D films online for a decent price, maybe that's why it went...

Very satisfied overall with this TV. The picture & sound quality are excellent. There are multiple USB ports & they are easy to access. The remote is easy to use, although it does go through batteries quickly. I've had no negative experience with this...

one app to control the volume. Not impressed with the lifespan of the remote and just detracts from the whole tv. I contacted LG on their website and on live chat hoping to get a free replacement but it didn't happen. Definately wouldn't buy another LG...

to the team member I was put on hold while she spoke with her manager. To LG's credit they agreed to repair the TV as long as it was a manufacturing fault or defect. I have just received it back from repairer and at no cost to me.

Problem after problem! The sound fades to nothing while watching DVD's. There is no adobe flash player so cannot arch anything on the Internet that requires flash player. Free view, which does not work. LG apps are pitiful and everything is so slow....

Great Picture and Sound and very easy to set up. Would recommend. Excellent service as usual from Tesco.

with the seller, they replaced the screen after two months of reporting the fault. Irony is that the replaced screen also has a vertical line, though towards the right edge. I am still fighting the case with the seller for replacing the faulty screen...

Extremely sharp and clear definition means that watching the TV really makes you feel in the same room as the actors!
