Norcent LT-2720

Low price; decent black level for an LCD; full 720p resolution; 2:3 pull-down for film sources.

Extremely blue color cast; limited input flexibility; inadequate controls.

Look elsewhere if you plan to watch movies in the dark, but this midsize LCD does a solid job with standard TV fare.

Good appearance when turned off.

They last about 6-8 months, and the customer service.

Cost. Ease of set-up. Widescreen HDTV.

Blacks are only deep gray. Screen is too blue.
