Panasonic TX-55CX802

The 55-inch 55CX802 is Panasonic's flagship 55-inch TV for 2015 - a role it fulfils by combining a native 4K UHD resolution and high-brightness, wide colour gamut panel design with HDR playback, an excellent new Firefox-powered smart system, and...

Gorgeously nuanced, detailed, immersive pictures ; Fair price for what's on offer ; Firefox OS works brilliantly

Minor (but just about defeatable) backlight clouding ; Only three HDMIs ; Stand design requires large piece of support furniture

Panasonic Viera TX-55CX802 review: Glorious 4K for under £2k

The 4K revolution continues, with Panasonic's latest, the Viera CX802, bringing with it Firefox OS and the promise of future updates such as HDR (high dynamic range). It's got all the current 4K bells and whistles, but with that one televisual toe...

Great natural-looking picture quality, Firefox OS is commendable, excellent value, future-proofed for content (including HDR at a later date)

PANASONIC VIERA TX-55CX802B Smart 3D Ultra HD 4k 55" LED TV

Great picture, great sound and lovely design - it looks very nice in my new living room. We haven't tried the 3D viewing yet... Once we get some 3D glasses we will try it out! A good all round TV. Highly recommended

For the price, it would have been nice to get at least 2 sets of 3D glasses with the t.v. We will need to look into which glasses are suitable for the TV etc
