Panasonic Viera TX-P46VT20

By suppressing crosstalk so effectively, this 46in plasma TV's 3D performance is the most engaging we've tested to date.

Panasonic TX-P46VT20 review

Audition the Panasonic TX-P46VT20 if 3D performance is important; it delivers smooth, convincing images

Solid build ; impressive specification ; good Blu-ray and 3D images

Yawnsome looks ; not brilliant with lower-resolution content

It’s no all-rounder, but in one significant area the TX-P46VT20 is as good as we’ve seen

Panasonic TX-P46VT20B review

Panasonic continues to set the pace with 3D

The best 3D pictures around ; Great 2D pictures ; Two sets of 3D glasses included ; Good multimedia capabilities ; Viewable from a wide angle

3D pictures lose a lot of brightness ; Bland looks ; Dated operating system ; Some issues with 50Hz viewing

Anyone interested in 3D is advised to think a little larger than 40-42-inches. Panasonic's 46-inch TX-P46VT20B, therefore, has the potential to be a real winner, especially as it uses 3D-friendly plasma technology.
