Pioneer PDP-436XDE

If you thought that plasma was dead, think again. This could be the best HD TV out there!

Did we say digital tuner? Sure did. What’s more, this tuner is backed up by full support for the 7-day electronic programme guide offered by the Freeview terrestrial digital service.

Pioneer PDP-436XDE review

This Pioneer's external receiver box hosts dual HDMI inputs, a set of component video sockets and three Scarts, not to mention an integrated digital TV tuner

This Pioneer TV is one of the best plasma sets ever to grace God’s green, HD-loving earth

Pioneer PDP-436XDE

Although the Pioneer PDP-436XDE is the most expensive TV in this group, it does offer one immediate advantage over the rest - it's got a 43in screen rather than a 42in. But does it have anything else going for it?

Fabulous pictures, gorgeous design, superb connectivity, hi-fi standard sound

It's the most expensive set featured here; we'd recommend special care with screen burn for the first 100 hours plus

THE PLASMA TO OWN

Truly awesome!this set has the best picture quality i have seen to date, maybe its a little dearer than most of the competition, but its certainly worth it!

Everything, except when its wall mounted, its seeminlgy impossible to swap the supplied mains lead with an after market one!
