bought a new vac as my old one didn't pick up very well . great on floors and carpets , but on rugs its so powerful makes it difficult not to suck the rug up .

Function is really good. Would be a very solid 5 stars, but plastic is weak. The chassis broke under the wheel at the front, during normal operation, opening the air-path causing a major reduction in suction and a home repair job.
