Poor performance

I bought this washing machine 3 months ago and despite using liquid and powder detergent for both front loaders and top loaders this machine fails to remove dirt or stains other than those which are very water soluble. After the machine is loaded and...

It was new. It has a very strong high speed spin dry cycle which really gets the water out of the clothes

Does clean the load very well at all. Cycles are far too long, especially for it's overall level of inefficiency. Poor user level of control over the mainly pre-set cycles.
