Poor service .

my machine broke down after 4 yrs but before the 5 yr warranty expired. called siemens to repair who sent out a repair man . problem was the door of the machine would not open & I had washing in the machine. the repair man came after 4 days to advise...

if something goes wrong, you may have to wait a lonnnnng time for parts.

Quiet, high spin speed, quick wash function, gentle on clothes.

Pathetic instruction leaflet, cashback on purchase not honoured - dodgy customer service.

Great machine

We upgraded from a electrolux machine. No particular reason we just did. So happy we did though. Machine is a lot quieter, washes better and more control over wash performance. We also bought the matching condersor dryer. Love

Standard 5 yr warranty, great reputation, built to high standard not a price
