broken promise

This probably isn't the product for you if you react poorly to being lied to.

I own 2 of them. Physically them seem built of good materials (including metal!)

I called 20150115 in the evening. The tech couldn't solve the issue. I was assured his supervisor was going to call me at 9AM EST the next morning. I waited five hours and gave up

Excellent Hi Res Cam!

Using w ISpy. Remember this is a manual focus camera! I've seen down-ratings on this cam because someone may have twisted focus on setup or whatever.

Much better then 640 x 480 video

1st Unit had a high static noise and had to be returned to Trendnet. Their response time and RMA assistance is great. I could not speak through the camera and was told that it required a separate amplified speaker to be added for this feature to work.

Excellent video quality. Just make sure you manully adjust the iris focus when your setting this up. Quality of the camera is good but this is a camera you will diffently want to purchass when you see special pricing

Setup and configuration is mixed between SecureView Program software the installation software and the internet software (three areas). Software support is not in the software itself but online and is not supportive to a specific problem search. You...
