Ezonics iContact Pro

The oddly designed Ezonics iContact Pro attaches snugly to your laptop or thin LCD using a spring-loaded clip, but it hangs in front of the screen, obscuring your view.

Nice camera for the money

Nice picture quality, easy to install driver.

A little light in the case quality but what isn't these days? Earpiece does not fit my ear, but I don't and won't be using it.

Not good.

Rats. I really wanted to like this at least a little. I didn't expect hardly ANYTHING yet I was still disappointed. I don't even know why they bothered to make this thing. Honestly, the old Logitech ball-cam I had 7 or 8 years ago was far, far better!!!

Cheap

30 FPS? How about under FIVE FPS MAXIMUM in bright light and 10-20 in daylight ; It is impossible to bring it into focus at any focal length over a foot or so (great for taking closeups of individual keys on your computer keybord -- top props there)....

Good Cam, Bad Mount

Low light usage isn't so good but not many webcams can hadle that. There's a few dropped frames while recording but hey, it's a webcam, not a camcorder. Can't comment on the headset since I never use that. Overall quite a good deal with instant savings...

Clear, bright, focused,(Twist the Lens) image ; Good quality for the money ; Low CPU usage while operating ; Auto-flip for when used upside down is a nice feature ; Does interesting .bmp overlays with option of creating you own

Mount can just barely clamp to 3/4" surface. Pivot up/down is good but to pan left/right the clamp base has to pivot causing it to get right to the edge of the clamping surface sometimes popping off ; No Tripot Mount. I suppose I could drill and screw...
