Not the best. Not junk either.

I read some of the earlier reviews about the Veo Stingray but I still decided to try the camera out. It cost only $20 at Wal-Mart and all I wanted was a basic webcam which met the requirements for Yahoo! Messenger and would work on my older Pentium II ...

Meets/exceeds most video-conferencing needs for $20. Sturdy build. Adequate image controls.

Acceptable/poor color saturation. Poor as a standalone cam. Shovelware in install consumes space.
