I bought this to connect my laptop to my tv - it didnt work. The only thing this cable did do was produce a loud buzzing sound (like a load of angry bees) and nothing else! I would not reccommend this to anyone!

Perfect for the job, I have 2 HDMI sockets that are obstructed by the mounting frame and this lead can be installed after hanging my tv and the reception is excelent.
