Jawbone UP Move

At only $49, the Jawbone UP Move is a great entry-level fitness tracker, with an app that's easy to use and indicator lights that make sense. The ability to change the form factor from wristband to clip-on device makes sense, but doesn't mitigate one...

Inexpensive. Tracks steps, activities, and light and deep sleep. Includes multiple wristbands and a clip holster. Helpful indicator lights. Very good app.

Unattractive. No true on-device display. Requires iOS or Android device; no computer syncing. No Web app. Not rechargeable. Sensors fairly rudimentary.

When it comes to choosing a fitness tracker that's right for you, looks really do matter. If you don't like wearing it, you won't, and then you can't quantify your exercise. The Basis Peak, our Editors' Choice, is styled like a modern watch and...

Jawbone Up Move review: Little plastic fitness tracker with a great app

Jawbone Up Move enters the low-cost fitness tracker market, but don't expect the style of the Up band.

An affordable step and sleep tracker that can be worn on your wrist or as a clip-on; syncs wirelessly with iOS or Android; LED display shows daily goal progress; replaceable battery lasts for months. The Jawbone Up fitness app is the best, most...

The Up Move has an ugly design and can't be worn in shower or while swimming. The wristband is sold separately, and it lacks the vibration alarm of more expensive Up bands.

The little Jawbone Up Move is an affordable entry to a great fitness app, though its design leaves something to be desired.

Jawbone UP Move Review

A simple and inexpensive tracker, but will disappoint those hoping to do much more than count steps

Discreet, comfortable, simple

Few features, below average health and fitness tracking

The is a simplistic, bare-bone fitness tracker that is essentially a pedometer with a few extra features. This model would be great for the casual user on the tightest of budgets, or introducing a child to the idea of tracking their fitness and having...

Review: Jawbone UP Move fitness tracker

The Jawbone UP Move is an entry-level fitness tracker which can monitor daily activity and sleep, and is priced to allow everyone in on the fitness tracking action. However, as part of the Jawbone UP family, can it offer more than its specification...

In the box users will get the UP Move tracking unit, a little chunky coin-sized device which features LED icons and a pattern on one side, and access to a coin battery, which gives up to six months use, on the rear. Also included is a tool for removing...

Jawbone Up Move Review

Jawbone has made an inexpensive tracker than stands up well against the likes of the Misfit Flash and the Fitbug Orb, providing accurate step, calorie and sleep tracking. The Up Move is also perfectly integrated into Jawbone's strong family of fitness...

Discrete, yet modern design ; Bold and organized app ; Smart Coach gives you easy-to-follow advice

Doesn't automatically detect sleep ; Isn't waterproof

The Jawbone Up Move is a modern, inexpensive fitness tracker that uses Jawbone's Smart Coach to train you to be healthier.

Jawbone UP Move review

Movin' on UP

Affordable price ; Bluetooth 4.0 ; 6-month battery ; Sleep and step tracking

Colours not for everyone ; UP app can be buggy ; Wristband accessory expensive

Jawbone has shrunk its UP24 band into a pebble-shaped pedometer and carved the price. It's a perfect entry into the fitness tracker market. This is almost the perfect stocking filler. Not too expensive, but with a real practical function and solid...

Jawbone Up Move review

The Move doesn't have a vibrating motor, so doesn't work as a silent alarm or give you 'move' reminders as the Up24 does.Fortunately, like virtually every other tracker out there, it synchs wirelessly via Bluetooth.

For under £40, the Move is superb value. Although it doesn't track certain activities or height climbed, its great sleep tracking makes up for that. Soon you'll be able to buy the Up3 which will have considerably better sleep tracking but at this...

Review: Jawbone Up Move

Jawbone are not new to the fitness tracker market. Along with Fitbit, they have been providing fitness trackers to the masses. However, Jawbone have always focused on providing the premium[...]

It has taken a lot of humans to try and get me to run, but none has succeeded like this little device. For that and that alone, it gets a major thumbs up from me. Get one, you won’t regret it.
