The air conditioner arrived in good shape and was easy to assemble- the product works well and blows plenty of cold air for my bedroom ( approx. 430 sq ft ) The fan is not loud at all on the low setting- a very good product overall

It does capture cigarette smoke but as far as removing the smell I haven't noticed it doing that. Not sure if any better than the filter that the purifier came with.
